Urban Idolz represents independent artists merging with companies to form an alliance. The Urban Idolz network presents two major areas that most independent artist and small businesses lack: network and education.

Record Pools and Showcases are one the hottest sources of new and promotional music for today's DJ and the Music Industry professional. IDM's Hotlanta Record Pool & Showcase events have proven to be a wonderful opportunity for everyone in the entertainment world to network and exchange exclusive music before it is introduced to the mainstream market. Past hosts and judges have included Nard - Grand Hustle producer/engineer (The King TI, Biggie's duet Album, Young Dro); Khalifani - producer/engineer (Young Jeezy, Pastor Troy, Destiny Child); Kevin Hicks songwriter/producer (Ciara, Aaliyah, Jagged Edge); Marc Decoca - Recording Artist (J's at My Door & Dope Boi Dime feat. Killer Mike); and J Rock – Executive (Lil' Wayne's Young Money Records). IDM is now taking it to the next level and North with their URBAN IDOLZ SHOWCASE.  

The judges and Speakers for September's Conference: Jarvis Blackshear (Grammy Nominated Engineer), Frank Gorgo (Country Music Song Writer), Terry Walker (IDM/digital marketing), Carlton Allen (Production Company under Universal Record), and Bobby Nichols (Zenzuu.com).  

Conference Speakers will start out our event, focusing on 'how to make money'. During intermissions guest artists will perform. An hour fashion show will also take place, so the Delaware Valley can select the 'Best Barber and Beauty Salon in Town'. There will also be a mini segment for dancers.
